Those Little Berries Are Making My Life Happy

Hello Friends, Followers and Viewers,
Remember growing up and your parents telling you to eat your vegetables.  "They are good for you", they would say.  Yes, I must agree that not only vegetables are good but so are all those little berries that you may pass up when you visit the grocery store.   When you have health problems and want to use something else instead of a pill for this and a pill for that, why not read up on the different foods and their benefit for your body.  Blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries, cranberries, raspberries |and strawberries are very good for many of the health problems we are experiencing.  Blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are  great fruits to eat if you’re trying to lose weight, lower cholesterol, or manage type 2 diabetes. They are a good source of folate, a B vitamin that helps maintain healthy hair and may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and mood disorders. Additionally, blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries and cranberries are full of potent antioxidants that can help with arthritis, age-related memory loss, cataracts, and other eyesight problems.  Eat your vegetables and your berries and you may not have to see the doctor as often as you do.
Here is a card that I had already made on the weekend and my sunshine did a drawing of her own to go along with it. The berries made me happy and so did she!
LIFE is filled with SO MANY reasons to be HAPPY
