Hello to all on this Friday, April, 12, 2019.
I have been trying to get my steps in for the last two days. I've gone outside but cannot stay over five minutes. Wednesday, I did manage to stand on my steps for a few minutes and my husband warned me to go back inside. The pollen was heavy and I had not taken my allergy medicine. On Thursday, I made it to the driveway to start walking and my mouth felt like I was eating dirt. Back inside I came and tried to wash my throat out from the pollen I had collected in my nose. I don't use Claritin but I know some people use this for their allergy problem. It was sent to me on Facebook and I'm sharing it here:

She loved the cards I made and she has shared her excitement with others on the job. My daughter's manager wants me to do a "customized" card for his girlfriend's birthday using orchids. My daughter had to tell him that her mom doesn't do customize cards...and she was correct in doing so. I had "free will" in making the Mother's Day cards for her coworker because that lady knew that she would have had a choice of picking out what she wanted from the selections I had sent.
How do you all respond to doing customized cards...specific colors and specific images to put on a card?

I'm not even going to try to step out in this pollen today. My husband took the garbage out for the trash collector and he came back in coughing. Maybe after the rain comes in this afternoon and wash most of the pollen away, I will be able to resume walking outside to get my steps in.
I made a card to share with you today. I've used dies from AliExpress and an image from Julie Nutting along with small Prima flowers to make this card. It says, "Take time to smell the flowers". Sometimes we have to be careful doing this if we have allergy problems .
