Hello family, visitors, friends, viewers and followers.
It's another great day to do something nice for someone who is not as fortunate as you. The holiday season is upon us and we want everyone to be the merriest they can be during this time of year.
Check out your closet to see if there are blankets or quilts you're not using anymore. Someone at a shelter or someone who is homeless would really appreciate it. Check out your food bin. Is it an abundance of non-perishable items you could share with a family so that they may have a good meal on Christmas day or before the schools open after the holiday. You wouldn't believe how many children are going to be hungry next week due to schools being closed for the holiday. If you've been blessed abundantly, then, pay it forward to someone else in need. They would really appreciate it and so will you.
Here is a card I put together this morning. It will go in my bin for an occasion when needed. When you use up all the cards you've made...it's time to replenish the empty bin. Most of my cards that I hadn't used were sent to the "cards for soldiers" last week. She has posted them on Facebook to let me know she received them and has started to fix boxes to send out of the country.
Two views of the same card.
It will be entered at http://www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com

"WIMSF"
Hello everyone.
Welcome!
Today is October 6, 2017 and it is Friday. The end of the work week. Almost the end of the first week in this month. Tomorrow is "World Cardmaking Day" and I can't wait to see all the displays of beautiful and creative cards you will be posting. Most companies will be having sales on craft supplies so stock up.
I'm off on the weekend to do other things so I'll be checking in when time permits to see what you are doing.
Because it is Friday...you know by now my drill...yes, "what's in my stash for Friday"...my own personal challenge.
Okay, here is the run down on what I used:
Enabler's List:
cardstock: Neenah white; Recollections black; DP from my stash
K & Company Brenda Walton borders
dies: heartfelt creations "raindrops on roses die; ODBD stitched circle dies
Kaisercraft wooden embellishment
Thanks for your time, your comment and your continued support.
Have a lovely, enjoyable weekend and do something fun and exciting.

Okay, here is the run down on what I used:
- This week, I used a border from K & Company made by Brenda Walton. I left the package near the desk. So of course, this would be a piece...flowers on the left.
- I have a folder of die cut items that I cut when I'm doing projects and maybe don't get a chance to use all the cuts or they just don't fit the project that I'm working on at the time...circles and heartfelt creations die (blue)
- It's easy to have items already made in a package that you can pull out to use...in this case, the wooden sentiment (hello)
- Items that don't have the adhesive anymore but is good if you put glue or sticky tape on the back of it...butterfly.
Here's the card:

"Hold On To Hope"
Hello friends, followers, visitors and viewers.
Today is Thursday, August 3, 2017. How happy are you?
Some of you are happy because tomorrow will mark the last workday for the week.
Some of you are happy because you have a mini vacation down in Orlando, Florida (family members).
Some of you are happy because it is getting closer to the first day of school and your children can get back to learning new and exciting information. Yes, it is that time of the year for college, high school and elementary school children to get away from the beach and back to the books.
Do you have hope?
You may be wondering...hope in what?
Hope is the cord that connects us to God, the very thing that enables God to work in our lives. Hope goes beyond wishing; hope is believing, expecting, anticipating a reality yet to come.
An entry for WAW Anything Goes Challenge #294-#295
Items used:

Hope is the cord that connects us to God, the very thing that enables God to work in our lives. Hope goes beyond wishing; hope is believing, expecting, anticipating a reality yet to come.
- Hope heals. Hope enables you to develop spiritual muscles to combat whatever comes your way. “Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength” (Isaiah 41:2). “Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD” (Psalm 31:24).
- Hope anchors your faith. “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we don’t see” (Hebrews 11:1). Raise your eyes above everyday woes and look to your Divine Helper
- Hope is a gift from God. “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord. ‘Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future’” (Jeremiah 29:11).Claim God’s promise of hope…today.
