"Wish You Were Here"

Hello viewers, visitors, followers and friends.
It's Thursday and we are all keeping a watchful eye on the news and weather forecast about hurricane "Irma".   We've received many phone calls in reference to our oldest daughter who lives in Florida.
Due to not knowing exactly the path when it gets to Florida, we are praying for all the people that this hurricane will impact....in it's path or in the surrounding "spaghetti" path.
Now, my daughter is old enough to take care of herself but as a mom I'm still concerned about her safety.  She called during her lunch hour and again last evening to let me know the updates in her area.  She was told by her neighbors that they will look out for her and do whatever they can to make sure she is okay.

Welcome to Wednesday, August 16, 2017.
Our focus is  looking forward towards the weekend because today is the middle of the week.  "Hump day"...as it is usually called.  If we can crawl, run, or jump through and over this day...we will have it made.
I have been very busy with die cutting, inking, paper layering, and just trying to come up with something nice for your view.

"Cards For Challenges"

Good Monday Morning, Friends, Followers, Visitors and Viewers.
I'm glad your weekend was fantastic.  
All went well with us this weekend and we're looking forward to the agenda for this week.
It's gardening time and our first step is to get our little space ready to plant some vegetables (the man) and flowers ( the woman).  We think the cold spell with the frost is over and things can start to grow.

"It's Finally Fun-Day Friday"

Hello Friends, Followers, Visitors and Viewers.
This is my short day.  What do I mean by that you may ask?  Usually on Friday I use items out of my stash from the week to create a card for your viewing.  It's fun and sometimes  challenging .
I received a cute sketch on Wednesday and decided to use it for my card today.  Along with the sketch, I wanted to show a little of my "funny" side.  I looked on Google to find one of those free images that I could use and specifically something that was fun.  This morning, it all came together
Take a look at my projects:

I made a card for Mother's Day using the sketch I received.
The only thing that didn't come from my stash is the image and sentiment.

Once I found this cute image on Google , I had to think of something that would go with it.
Swinging by to wish you a Happy Birthday was appropriate .
I keep talking about the sketch.
