Happy Friday to all the beautiful people.
Today is July 19, 2019 and just in case my granddaughter opens this blog...it is one more week before her 11th birthday on next Friday.
I've been contemplating what to get an eleven year old. She has so many dolls but by going into middle school, I think the dolls have already been put away. She has so many Lego sets that her mom doesn't have space to put anymore...I guess that's the reason she has left several sets at my house that we bought on different occasions for her to play with. She has different means of using technology (phone, ipad, and laptop). She wants a 3D printer and grandma doesn't want to spend that amount of money at this time for her age. For this birthday, we will just give her some money and let her buy whatever she can out of the amount she gets. This will make it easy on us (lol).
Friday is usually creating from my stash. I use anything that has already been cut, colored or comes on a sticker or in a pack. Take a look at my three projects for today. All the paper and die cuts were already cut and made. The butterflies came from bought packs as well as the flowers.

It's the weekend and it is extremely hot outside. There will be no beach or any other outside activity. Maybe a little window shopping where we can dash in and out of the air condition. We have stayed in for the last two weekends due to my daughter dropping off and picking up our granddaughter. It is time for the "old folks" to be on their own (lol).
Have a nice weekend break everyone. Please come again and I hope you enjoyed your view today.
Sending you a hug and love,
Lois
