"Let's Get The Junk Out Of Our Trunk"

Hello, hello to all the beautiful people on this Monday, May 18, 2020.
So happy to be sharing again with you today.  Crafting is a relaxing medium during this "lock down" time.  Even though our state open what was called Phase I on Friday, May 15, 2020, it still felt like you really couldn't go anywhere.  Better yet, I didn't want to go out because I felt it was too early and the virus is still present in my area.  Crafting ease the mental thoughts and keeps me happy.
I made an easel card for your enjoyment today.  I craft and then I clean out old crafting stuff.  In the stuff that I wanted to make use of before trashing it, I made a black, white with a little red card with some flowers from packs with one or two still left.
Take a look:
an entry for https://www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com
I know you may not be able to read the sentiment, so here is what it says: "Take off your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness and fears...replace it with memories and flowers".

I thought this would go along with all the sermons I've been hearing lately.  Most minister, pastors, bishops and priest are talking about the "new normal".  Maybe God is trying to tell us to get ourselves together to face him one day.  We can't bring any excessive baggage  when we meet him face to face. Those things we hold in our hearts (envy, jealousy, unforgiveness, selfishness, fear, etc.) will not get us into heaven.  Shake them off; empty the junk out of your trunk;  let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up.  Maybe this pandemic will steer us in the directions of changing the way we act.  God wants His people to turn from their wicked ways before He will heal the land.

Thanks for your time and past comments.

Sending you a hug and love,
Lois
