"What Constitutes A Good Day?"

Hello to all the beautiful people on this Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
How was your Monday?  Most people enjoyed a day off from work and or school.  Some that I spoke with said that they had looked forward to being off and having a three day weekend.  Some got on a plane and traveled far away (Israel) from the United States to enjoy a three day hiatus.
I stayed in the community and enjoyed quiet time.  I did not craft.  I looked at all my supplies and just enjoyed a relaxing time to read and reflect.
Was it a "good day"?  Well this is the question for you to ponder..."what constitutes a good day?"
Reading this quote really puts a good day in your own perspective.   Having or enjoying a good day is up to you.  No one else is responsible for you having a good or bad day.
One could start early in the morning with prayer.  Your next thing will be to take care of yourself.  Maybe meditating, excising or doing something that will relax your mind, body and soul.  Lastly, connect with others, particularly with people who have positive influence.

Here is a card to reflect my blog posting and this will be shared with a real person:

"National Siblings Day"

Hello friends, followers, visitors and viewers.
It's Wednesday, the middle of the week and it is also National Siblings Day.
Do you have siblings?   I do.  As a matter of fact, I came from a very large family.  It was ten of us (two boys and eight girls).  Both of my brothers are deceased and that leaves the eight girls who lives in two different states...Maryland and Virginia.

According to  ,  "National Sibling Day is observed annually April 10 to honor the closest relatives and to remember the importance of brothers and sister in one’s life. The day was founded by Claudia Evart, a New Yorker, who lost her siblings at a very young age. Evart went on to establish an organization called the Siblings Day Foundation in 1997.
According to the foundation’s website, "Siblings are a special gift, and bonding amongst them is vital part of keeping our families, communities and nation strong. Brothers and sisters provide an anchor for one another, becoming some of our closest friends and most trusted advisers."
Do you have siblings?  Do you all get along?   With eight grown women left in our family, I agree with this quote..."Sisters annoy, interfere, criticize. Indulge in monumental sulks, in huffs, in snide remarks. Borrow. Break. Monopolize the bathroom. Are always underfoot. But if catastrophe should strike, sisters are there. Defending you against all." — Pam Brown
