It's Friday....yay! What a week we have had. Work, work, work and more work. Getting ready for the winter that is if we have one. The weathermen are saying in our area, it will be a mild somewhat warm winter. There will be little to no snow for our area. I guess this 'ole gal will have to wait and see. I'm not liking the cool temperatures we are having this week. My allergies are kicking my behind along with headaches and body aches due to the change in the temperature. I'm not alone. Women at our bible study class made statements about their bodies as well as my DH...his sneezing and coughing are sounds you don't want to hear.
Okay, moving along to my card shares for today. I'm going red or reddish with white and black for my colors. I'm thinking believing in yourself along with having joy for Christmas or any time of the year.
Take a look:
Quoting from Jack Canfield:
Learning how to believe in yourself will open up endless possibilities in your life. At times you may find this difficult to do. The truth is that we’ve been conditioned throughout our lives to doubt ourselves. We must retrain ourselves to get rid of our fears and self-doubt in order to build self-esteem and self-confidence.
Everything you have in your life is a result of your belief in yourself and the belief that it’s possible.
Believe it’s possible. Believe that you can do it regardless of what anyone says or where you are in life.
Visualize it. Think about exactly what your life would look like if you had already achieved your dream.
Act as if. Always act in a way that is consistent with where you want to go.
Take action towards your goals. Do not let fear stop you, nothing happens in life until you take action.
Feel the JOY.
Thank you for visiting with me today. Your expressions and comments are always welcome.
Enjoy your weekend and most important...spend time pampering yourself.
Sending you a hug and love,
Lois
