"Encouragement Cards Plus Two Christmas Beauties""

Hello to Everyone on this Thursday, October 29, 2020.  November is three days away and if you haven't voted, you still have until November 3, 2020 to do so.  I'm trying to group my card making into themes.  Last week I worked on all Christmas cards.  This week I thought I would do encouragement cards.  We all need some encouragement during these trying times, whether good or bad.  Take a look at my shares and see if you can find one to fit your feeling:

I used a picture from Pinterest to go with a stamp I had for bible journaling.  I personally think this came out nice and would love to keep it for myself.  I'm sharing this one over at https://www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com
I received some pretty paper from Lemon Craft and I used it with another bible journaling stamp.  Someone has already requested this one.
I started out with poinsettias for a Christmas card but ended up using another encouragement quote especially since we are still in October...celebrating breast cancer.  Hope is what all of us have.  Hope that we can see the end of this pandemic.  Hope that our candidate for election is chosen.  Hope that we can see our children grown and gone.  Hope that there is a cure for all the diseases that plague our bodies.
When I think about the disciples on the boat and they mentioned it was sinking, this came to my mind.  Also, our bible class was with the topic "Faith" this week.  How appropriate to find a picture to demonstrate the disciples on the boat and a quote to go along with the picture.
From last Friday's Christmas card share on Instagram.
This week, I made this card to go along with the Splitcoaststampers sketch SC824.  I'm using paper from Stamperia "Blue Land" to complete the sketch.

Thank you for viewing and continuing to support my blog.
Sending you a hug and love,
Lois

Lois,

More beautiful cards and great inspiration! I so love that first card too and would agree that keeping it for yourself is an option.

Take care, continue to be safe and enjoy your weekend.
