"Wednesday, Wednesday!"

Hello my crafty friends on this Wednesday, August 18, 2021.  Guess what?  I didn't get the day confused this week.  I'm on schedule to blog a little today.  I'm excited along with some little people, tweens, teens and young adults who started back to school today (my granddaughter included).  Some schools have been open for at least two weeks now.  We all need to be praying for these young folks as well as the employees who work with them.  This Delta variant is no joking matter.  Some schools have already reported outbreaks that include the children as well as the adults that are returning back to the classroom.  I'm not going to go into a discussion about these individuals who think that masking-up is not necessary.  I will let you do that.  I'm staying safe when I have to venture out.  Yes, I'm masked up and staying my six feet away.  My immune system may get compromise by someone's ignorance.

Moving on to our appropriate topic for today... sharing my card creations:

I was so into fancy fold cards last week and I had some card bases left over to complete.  Here I've used a biblical quote with images to highlight what I was trying to portray.
I used another left over card base from my fancy fold collection to make this card.  It actually started with the sentiment and I worked my way around it with images.  A good crafty friend suggested that I could use this card base as a frame for photos.  What do you think?

When I start my week off, I usually have a theme in mind (it doesn't always play out).  My theme for this week should have been scripture reference cards.  This is just #2 using a scripture quote.

Thanks for watching.  Please come again.
Love,
