"Projects To Share For Your Inspiration"

Hello to Everyone on this Tuesday, February 23, 2021.

We've had so much to happen since our last encounter.  We've experienced freezing rain that kicked off our electricity and internet service.  Not once but twice.  I've had church friends who were diagnose with Covid.  The husband ended up in the hospital for a week.  We all are thankful that he was able to come back home and was not one of the five hundred thousand.  This Covid, pandemic and people not following protocol is outrageous in my opinion.   Why are there so many individuals who pretend it is not real, you don't need to wear mask, and you don't have to stand six feet apart.  I get bothered by individuals who want to get in my space when I go to the grocery store.  We will , by the grace of God, come through as pure gold.  We just have to hold on and believe it will happen and do our part.

Here are projects I've worked on and hope you are inspired to make something similar:

This card was made for a person going through breast cancer.
This card was made for a church member going through Covid.
A card made just for fun.
Someone in the neighborhood needed this after the death of a loved one.
Once again, when you're going through circumstances beyond your control, just be reminded that eventually it will be okay.  "Trouble don't last always".
To be very clear and honest about this card...I was going through a bin and came across these.  Instead of overlooking them, I made a slim line card using them.  They all had to go together to spell out the word "DREAM".
I think my  individuals will probably get tired of cards directed at their situations.  Encouragement is always at the heart of my creative spirit.  Giving, showing or making things to encourage someone is not only helpful for them but I get a blessing also.
Birthdays, birthdays, birthdays...it is beginning to get busy in this department.  Love making and sharing this small gift.
Today this card was made.  Due to the inability to travel and visit, I still want individuals to know they are on my mind.  Phone calls are fine but in my opinion, card are even better.  (Making cards help crafters to get rid of so many supplies...maybe one will be able to buy more...hahaha!)  I am going to share this one over at https://www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com.

Thanks so much for your visit, your time and your continued support.

"It Doesn't Say Happy Birthday"

Hello friends, followers, visitors and viewers.
It is Monday, December 10, 2018.  On the outside the three to six inches of snow is melting.  A few ice pellets did fall on top of it for a few minutes but not enough to amount to anything.  That's the good part...the ice stopped falling.  No one wants to slip and slide or fall down breaking a body part.  It (the snow) was very pretty yesterday as it fell from the sky.  Okay, my excitement came... I enjoyed it and since it is going away... I don't need to see anymore.

Birthdays  for the month of December:
I didn't forget you and I know we are on the 10th day of the month.  I was focused on Christmas cards and it entered my thoughts  that I had not made birthday cards for the people who celebrate in December.  I often wonder why November, December, and January  birthday people are forgotten.  Someone once said that those birthdays are so close to major holidays that you just forget the birthdays and concentrate on the festivities of the holidays.  If you miss those born in November...give them a gift at Christmas and say... this is also for your belated birthday.  It also can be said with January birthdays.  Give a Christmas gift and include a note that says, "this is for your birthday, also".
Here is a card for a recipient who will be celebrating a December birthday.  Where is the sentiment that says, "Happy Birthday",  I don't see one?  Don't worry,  it will be included (personalized) when I mail it.  Today, for your view, I intentionally left it off.

Enjoy your view:

"Two Card Share"

Hello everyone on this Thursday, November 8, 2018.
So far it has been a very good week.  I"m getting a lot accomplished.  Nevertheless, the weekend is approaching and we shall see what can be done for enjoyment.
We started the day off with the news of another mass shooting.  When will it stop?  What solutions can we write to our political constituents?  Who will listen and do something about gun control?
Pray with me for the families affected by this heinous act.

Today is a two card share day.  One looks a little masculine but it is in line with the song: "Twelve Days Of Christmas".  The other one is more feminine and frilly.
Here, take a look:

"My Daughter's Birthday Card "

Good Tuesday to all my friends, family, followers, visitors and viewers.
I'm warming up...yay!!!.    It feels so good to be out of the single digits and below single digits numbers for the weather.  As I'm told, it want last long.  It is going to drop again next week.  For the time being, I feel as if I'm in Florida...but wait...the temps down there were cold also.
Speaking of Florida, ( at least I am), my oldest daughter lives there.  She will be having a birthday tomorrow.  My nephew had one on this past Sunday and one of my sisters will celebrate at the end of this month.
We always joke about people in our family that are born between November through January because they get the short end of the stick when it comes to gifts.  For me who celebrated a birthday in November, I heard, "Oh, I'm going to make it up to you for Christmas.  I will combine both gifts during that time."  For my nephew, daughter and sister on Christmas..."here is your gift for both Christmas and your birthday".
If you're not in this family, you probably will not get the joke....
I waited until last week to send my daughter her birthday present (making sure she received it before the 10th).  Today, I'm sharing her card with you.  It is going postal and I know she will not receive it until the weekend...however, she has the same opportunity that you have....she can see it here today:

This card was made using the following:
cardstock: Neenah white; light blue Bazzill; teal blue from PaperandMore.com; patterned cardstock from Prima "Zella Teal" paper pad
die: Spellbinders foliage and Spellbinders lacey edge circles
embellishments: teal glitter like flourishes; Martha Stewart doily; Offray white ribbon;  Celebrate It pearl beads spray; peacock Ranger liquid pearls; Little Birdie handmade flowers; Prima flowers

This card will be entered in the challenged at http://www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com

Thanks so much for your viewing time today and everyday.  I really appreciate your love, your support and your comments.

Sending you a hug and LOVE,
Lois
